These solutions shown below use a variety of methods to reach out to those among us that need a bit of help understanding the spoken word. We even have one transmitter, the Decade MS100, that allows the listener to bring their own "walkman" type radio and hear the program off regular FM frequencies as easy as he can hear the weather from the local radio station! We also have inferred systems and those using special frequencies and radios that has been allocated for Hard-of-Hearing use.
