Downloading the ShopSite Software
The ShopSite software is made available to partners via a secure FTP site. Current partners that need the FTP information should contact their ShopSite account manager. Current and potential ShopSite merchants, please contact your ShopSite reseller for more information. You can find ShopSite resellers/partners on the ShopSite website.
Installing a New Mall or Store
Click on the link in the table below to view the installation instructions for your version of ShopSite.
Upgrading ShopSite
- Upgrading to a new version of ShopSite, for example, upgrading a ShopSite Manager 7.1 store to ShopSite Manager 9.0.
- Upgrading a ShopSite store to a new service level, for example, upgrading a ShopSite Manager store to be a ShopSite Pro store.
- Upgrading a mall to a new version of ShopSite TX, for example, upgrading from ShopSite 4.3 to ShopSite 5.0.
- Upgrading a ShopSite TX store to a new service level, for example, upgrading a ShopSite TX Manager store to be a ShopSite TX Pro store.
- Installing a ShopSite "patch".
Moving a Store
You can move a ShopSite Pro or ShopSite Manager store from one server to another, including all product and page information. See Moving a Store for more information..
Customizing ShopSite
You can customize parts of the interface that sellers and customers see as they interact with ShopSite. For more information, see the page on Customizing ShopSite.
