ShopSite Order Transfer

Are you using Intuit QuickBooks® to manage your business? The ShopSite Order Transfer application allows you to directly import your ShopSite Orders into your QuickBooks application running on your desktop.

The order information that can be imported includes:

• A list of products in each order, including quantity and total price.
• All charges for the order, including products subtotal, shipping charges, tax, and the order total.
• Customer information, including shipping and billing addresses.
• Customer payment information for manual processing (Requires a secure connection).

You can download orders as invoice, sales orders, or sales receipts transactions, and you can specify the account to use with either type. After downloading orders, you can view the orders, view customer information, and track product inventory, costs, and profits.

We also offer a two-way sync license which allows you to upload products and inventory from QuickBooks into your ShopSite Pro store.

If you own more than one ShopSite store, we offer a multiple connection license of Order Transfer, which allows you to configure Order Transfer to automatically import the orders from multiple ShopSite stores into QuickBooks.

How it works

Order Transfer runs on the same computer as your QuickBooks software. When executed, Order Transfer uses ShopSite Manager and Pro's XML interface to programmatically download orders to your PC. Once downloaded, Order Transfer then uses the QuickBooks qbXML interface to automatically import these orders into Quickbooks. qbXML is Intuit's recommended interface for importing data into Quickbooks and replaces the old IIF format.
