Original ShopSite Team Purchases the ShopSite Product Line

Provo, Utah, June 29, 2001 -- The team that originally developed ShopSite today announced that it has purchased the product line from Open Market, Inc. "ShopSite is once again in the hands of the people that know the product and the ShopSite market best" said David Hills president of ShopSite, Inc., the new owners of ShopSite. "This is great news for ShopSite merchants and partners" continued Mr. Hills. "We plan to continue enhancing ShopSite and improving our marketing and support of the product."

All of Open Market's ShopSite team are now part of ShopSite, Inc. as well as several former ShopSite Team members. Many of the ShopSite, Inc. employees were initially part of ICentral, Inc., the company that originally developed ShopSite and was subsequently acquired by Open Market.
